Sachin Singhal
Hello I’m Sachin Singhal, I’m SGAP’s second co-optee member. Six years ago I married Ritu and together we have two kids Alisha aged three and half and Shaan aged one and a half. I come from Delhi and moved to Bristol about 10 years ago where I work with a local telecoms company as the senior network designer.
I joined SGAP because I'm passionate about creating cohesion between various communities living in South Gloucestershire.
Vasumathi Prasad
Hello, I am I’m a co-optee member and have lived in India, the US and now the UK so you could say I’m rather globally aware! My husband, Prasad and I have two wonderful daughters at school and at university.
A graduate of medicine myself, I combine studying for my master’s in Public Health, with caring for my family and with teaching south Indian classical dance and my great passion: Bharatanatyam.
It’s a passion that I would be delighted to share with you for my classes are one of the activities that SGAP will make available to the community. In fact, I’ve enjoyed many SGAP activities and events myself over the years so I’m glad of the chance to contribute plenty to SGAP and the community with my background and experience.
